This is a fan art pic of Natsuki Sasahara from HYPER POLICE by MEE.

This took me about two hours due to it being the first pic i have done of natsuki.
Techniques used:
Tracing to get the out line right,
What i call scrubbing, i get some tissue and some scrap paper and with a soft pencil scribble on the paper to make a kind of pallet from which i rub the tissue in it and then onto the drawing (fills in eraser marts).
Rubber highlighting, after scrubbing i get a lovely rubber i got for 5p and erase/highlight areas that are normal light
personal note: aspect ratio 1.55:1
i may do more of these if i ever get time

nice work yes i remember this in manga . great drawing i loved hyper police and have the set of dvd and natsuki is funny and kawaii japan rulz go girls soccer champion.
